  • Call Tesco Mobile customer service: You can call Tesco Mobile customer service on 0345 301 4455. They are available from 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm on Saturday, and 9am to 6pm on Sunday.

  • Cancel online: You can also cancel your contract online by logging into your Tesco Mobile account and selecting "View or Change my account details." Then, click on "Cancel my account."

  • Text Tesco Mobile: You can text "STAC" to 75075 to request a cancellation code. Once you have the code, you can call Tesco Mobile customer service or cancel online.

  • Write to Tesco Mobile: You can also write to Tesco Mobile to cancel your contract. Their address is: Tesco Mobile Customer Services PO Box 490 Sheffield S99 1WZ

Please allow 10 working days for Tesco Mobile to process your cancellation request.

If you cancel your contract within your 14-day cooling off period, you will not be charged an early termination charge (ETC). However, if you cancel your contract after the cooling off period, you may be charged an ETC. The amount of the ETC will depend on how long you have left on your contract.


Once your contract has been cancelled, your Tesco Mobile number will be deactivated. You will need to contact a new mobile phone network if you want to keep your number.

    • Tap on the More button (three dots in the top right corner).

    • Tap on Block this number.

    • Confirm that you want to block the number.


  1. Block the number using Tesco Mobile's website or app:

    • Click on the My Account tab.

    • Click on the Blocking tab.

    • Enter the number you want to block and click on the Add button.

    • Confirm that you want to block the number.


Once you have blocked a Tesco Mobile number, you will no longer receive calls or texts from that number.

Here are some additional things to keep in mind:

  • You can only block numbers that have called or texted you.

  • You cannot block numbers that are not in your contact list.

  • If you block a number, you will still be able to see their voicemail messages.

  • You can unblock a number at any time by following the same steps you used to block it.
