How to Cancel Monzo Card

What is Monzo Card?

A Monzo card is a Mastercard debit card that is issued by Monzo Bank, a challenger bank in the United Kingdom. It is a fully-fledged bank account that lives in an app, and it offers a number of features that make it a popular choice for both personal and business use.

Here are some of the benefits of using a Monzo card:

  • Fee-free spending abroad: You can use your Monzo card anywhere in the world that accepts Mastercard, and you won't be charged any fees for spending in foreign currency. This is a major advantage over traditional banks, which often charge high fees for foreign transactions.

  • Instant spending notifications: Monzo sends you real-time notifications of your spending, so you can always keep track of your money. This can help you to budget better and avoid overspending.

  • Pots: Monzo allows you to create separate pots for your money, so you can keep track of different goals, such as saving for a holiday or a new car.

  • Monzo Flex: Monzo Flex is a credit card alternative that allows you to spread the cost of purchases over 3, 6, or 12 months interest-free. This can be a helpful way to manage your finances if you have a large purchase coming up.

  • Metal card: Monzo offers a metal card for £15 per month. This card is made from stainless steel and has a number of additional features, such as travel insurance and phone insurance.
