You will be taken to the website landing page. Go to subscribe. Choose the right plan and subscription for you. Click "Sign Up," enter your details and click "Create my account and continue to payment." Follow the prompts to subscribe.


The Telegraph offers various subscriber benefits, including unlimited online access to your newspaper, access to the News+ network, exclusive offers, discounts, and giveaways, trusted community news from local journalists, subscriber-only newsletters, and access to KFC SuperCoach Plus.


How do I change my address?


To update your billing address, sign in to your account and click on the down arrow next to your name. Then select "My Account" and go to "Manage my Profile." Click "Edit" and enter your updated billing address. Click "Save Changes."


If you need to update your delivery address, submit an enquiry through the "Contact Us" form. Please note that The Telegraph requires at least 5 days notice for any address change requests to take effect. Delivery is not available to post office boxes.

How do I update my contact information?


To update your contact information, sign in to your account and click on the down arrow next to your name. Then select "My Account" and go to "Manage My Profile." How can I manage my payments?

To update your credit card details, sign in to your account and click on the down arrow next to your name. Then select "My Account" and go to "Manage My Payment." Select "Edit" on the section you wish to update. Update your contact information and click on "Save Changes."


Please note that The Telegraph accepts VISA, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit card types. For security reasons, please do not send any credit or debit card details via the Contact Us form.

When do I get billed?

The first payment will be charged at the time you subscribe to one of The Telegraph's offers. Following payments are deducted approximately 5 days prior to the start of each successive billing period.

This allows time to rectify any billing issues that might arise from a lost or new credit card. Invoices are sent out in 4, 12, 26 and 52 week instalments.


If you have placed a suspension on your subscription or have had delivery issues, The Telegraph will extend the date of the next payment taken to credit you for any paper deliveries you have not received. If you are on a contract, any extensions/credits you incur are applied at the end of the 12 month contract period.


Where can I see my payment history and tax invoices?

To see your payment history and tax invoices, sign in to your account and click on the down arrow next to your name. Then select "My Account" and go to "Payment History." Click the down arrow next to the subscription you would like to view payment history for. From here, you can email and download your tax invoices.


How long will my payment take to process?

Payment options will vary depending on the subscription type, and the process time will vary accordingly. EFT takes 3 business days, credit card payments are instant, direct debit is instant, Aus Post Bill Pay takes 3 days, and BP
